Meredith Basar Boullion

Meredith Masar Boullion is a district technology facilitator with the Calcasieu Parish School Board in Louisiana, where she supports K–12 teachers in integrating technology in relevant and meaningful ways. She is an ISTE Certified Educator and holds a master’s degree in instructional media from Wilkes University. In her district role, she communicates with teachers through a weekly educational technology newsletter, website and professional development app, and designs professional learning experiences including face-to-face events, online courses and webinars.

Boullion is the author of Tech for Teacher Wellness: Strategies for a Healthy Life and Sustainable Career, published by ISTE in December 2023. Her work focuses on using technology to support educator emotional health, reduce stress and promote sustainable teaching careers, and she has shared these ideas as an educational technology presenter at local, district, state and national events.
