Michelle Finn is a professional development associate with Marzano Resources and an implementation lead for Marzano Academies, a nonprofit focused on research-based practices in personalized competency-based education (PCBE). According to publisher and reference listings, she has worked in PCBE implementation and support in schools and districts since 2004 and has taught at all grade levels from kindergarten through tenth grade.
Finn coauthored A Handbook for Personalized Competency-Based Education: Ensure All Students Master Content by Designing and Implementing a PCBE System with Robert J. Marzano, Jennifer S. Norford, and Douglas Finn III. She also coauthored Scheduling for Personalized Competency-Based Education with Douglas Finn III. She earned a bachelor of science in elementary education from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Saint Joseph’s College.
