Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris has worked in education since 1993, beginning as a special education para before moving into roles as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, and staff developer. She is a co-author of The IC Toolkit and The Instructional Playbook: The Missing Link for Translating Research into Practice, and is also listed as a co-author of Evaluating Instructional Coaching: People, Programs, and Partnership.

According to publisher and book listings, Harris began teaching in El Cajon, California, later taught middle school English and social studies, and served in several school leadership roles in Beaverton, Oregon. She has presented and keynoted in the United States, Canada, Africa, Asia, and Europe, and lives in Portland, Oregon.
