Michelle Mee Nutter

Michelle Mee Nutter is an illustrator and comic artist known for co-creating the bestselling middle-grade graphic novels Allergic and Squished, both written with Megan Wagner Lloyd. She has also illustrated several picture books, including Peyton Picks the Perfect Pie by Jack Bishop and The Girl Who Built an Ocean by Jess Keating, and is the illustrator of the forthcoming graphic novel Luna with Megan Wagner Lloyd, slated for release in 2025.

Nutter holds a BFA in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and her work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, 3x3 Illustration, and Creative Quarterly. She is based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, where she continues to create comics and children’s book illustrations.
