Michelle Ventura

Michelle Ventura is an education consultant, author, and cofounder and professional learning consultant with Advanced Collaborative Solutions. She has 30 years of classroom experience, which informs her work with schools and districts on effective teaching, collaborative practices, and high-impact instructional strategies. Ventura is known for leading professional learning sessions focused on Achievement Teams and other high-impact instructional strategies, creating engaging adult learning experiences that offer immediate ways to improve teacher practice.

Ventura is coauthor, with Steve Ventura, of Achievement Teams: How a Better Approach to PLCs Can Improve Student Outcomes and Teacher Efficacy (ASCD, 2022), a framework based on John Hattie’s Visible Learning research that provides a four-step protocol to strengthen teacher collaboration, data use, and instructional decision-making. She also contributes to professional articles and webinars on Achievement Teams and collaborative teacher teams.
