Natalie B. Milman is Associate Dean of Student Life and Professor of Educational Technology Leadership at The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Her work focuses on instructional design, the effective integration of technology in teaching and learning, online student support, differentiated instruction, digital equity, and digital portfolios for professional development.
Milman earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia and began her career in education as a second-grade science specialist, mentor, and technology teacher in Los Angeles County, California. She has taught at the graduate level since 1997 and online since 2001, and she has co-authored several books and book chapters, including Using Technology in a Differentiated Classroom: Strategies and Tools for Designing Engaging, Effective, Efficient & Equitable Learning.
