Nili Bartley

Nili Bartley is a Massachusetts-based educator, coach, and presenter with over twenty years of experience in teaching and instructional coaching. She has served as an elementary classroom teacher, technology teacher, technology integration specialist, digital learning and innovation coach, and personalized learning coach in Natick Public Schools, and more recently as an instructional technology specialist in Wellesley Public Schools. Her work centers on student agency, teacher and student leadership, and the purposeful use of technology to personalize learning and foster a thriving school culture.

Bartley is the author of Lead Beyond Your Title: Creating Change in School from Any Role, a guidebook in the Lead Like a PIRATE series that grew out of her elementary technology integration work and classroom leadership initiatives. In addition to writing, she is an enthusiastic presenter and professional development provider, sharing her expertise on topics such as Genius Hour, student leadership, and using digital tools to empower learners at schools and conferences, including events with MassCUE and other educator organizations.
