Patrick Schwarz, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus at National Louis University in Chicago and the president of Creative Culture Consulting LLC. He is a professor, author, and motivational speaker whose work focuses on inclusive education, special education, general education, educational leadership, and human services.
He coauthored Pedro’s Whale with Paula Kluth and is also credited with From Disability to Possibility, You’re Welcome, Just Give Him the Whale!, and From Possibility to Success. Sources also note that he earned his BS, MS, and PhD in special education from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
