Patti Kinney

Patti Kinney is an educator and author who co-wrote the book We Belong: 50 Strategies to Create Community and Revolutionize Classroom Management with Laurie Barron, published by ASCD in 2021. In this work, she focuses on a social-emotional learning–infused approach to classroom management, offering practical strategies to help teachers build inclusive classroom communities where students feel a strong sense of belonging and can thrive academically and socially.
