Peter M. DeWitt

Peter M. DeWitt, Ed.D., is an educational leadership coach, author, and consultant, and the founder and CEO of the Instructional Leadership Collective. A former K–5 teacher for 11 years and school principal for 8 years, he now facilitates professional learning and leadership coaching for schools, districts, ministries of education, and educational organizations across North America and internationally. DeWitt writes the Finding Common Ground column for Education Week with Michael Nelson and co-created and moderates A Seat at the Table, an Education Week web show focusing on issues such as race, gender, research, and trauma. He also co-hosts Corwin’s Leaders Coaching Leaders podcast.
