Piper Lee is an instructional leadership coach and co-author whose work focuses on building resilience in classrooms, schools, and educational systems. With more than twenty-five years of experience in education, she has served in roles including classroom teacher, school administrator, instructional coach, leadership coach, and professional learning facilitator, working with students, families, teachers, leadership teams, and both undergraduate and graduate students across diverse educational contexts. In recent years, she has supported district leaders and principals in one of the largest school districts in the United States, helping strengthen instructional leadership, educator well-being, and teacher effectiveness at scale.
