Rana DiOrio

Rana DiOrio is an award-winning children’s media creator and author who has written children’s picture books, including What Does It Mean to Be an Entrepreneur?, part of her What Does It Mean to Be…? series. Her background includes work as a corporate and securities attorney, a tech-sector investment banker, an angel investor, and an executive producer of children’s programming.

DiOrio earned an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. She is the founder and CEO of Creative Mint, Inc., and she lives in San Francisco, California with her three children.
