Sadie McCleary

Sadie McCleary is a Senior Associate Director of Content on the Teach Like a Champion (TLAC) Content Team, where she supports the creation and facilitation of professional development for educators. She is a co-author of Teach Like a Champion Field Guide 3.0: A Practical Resource to Make the 63 Techniques Your Own, a hands-on companion to Teach Like a Champion 3.0 that provides more than 100 field-tested activities to help teachers implement TLAC techniques in their classrooms.

Before joining Team TLAC, McCleary spent 10 years teaching high school science, with a particular focus on AP Chemistry, including serving as a chemistry teacher and instructional leader at Uncommon Collegiate Charter High School and later teaching chemistry at Western Guilford High School in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was part of the first cohort of TLAC Fellows and has contributed multiple TLAC blog posts and resources on topics such as knowledge organizers and classroom participation.
