Sanée Bell

Dr. Sanée Bell is an educational leader, author, and former principal who has worked as an administrator at the elementary and secondary levels since 2005. Before entering administration, she taught middle and high school English and coached girls’ basketball. She was named her district’s 2015 Elementary Principal of the Year and earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership, with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.

Bell is the author of Be Excellent on Purpose: Intentional Strategies for Impactful Leadership and a co-author and co-editor of the Education Write Now series. She has presented at state, national, and international conferences, contributed to leadership-focused publications, and is featured in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead.
