Sarah J. Maas

Sarah J. Maas (born March 5, 1986, in New York City) is an American fantasy author and the #1 New York Times bestselling writer of the Throne of Glass, A Court of Thorns and Roses, and Crescent City series. She studied creative writing and religious studies at Hamilton College. Her debut novel, Throne of Glass, was published in 2012 after she began sharing an early version of the story online as a teenager.

Her A Court of Thorns and Roses series includes A Court of Thorns and Roses, A Court of Mist and Fury, A Court of Wings and Ruin, A Court of Frost and Starlight, and A Court of Silver Flames. Maas has also written Catwoman: Soulstealer and the Crescent City novels. Her official website lists A Court of Splintered Harmony and A Court of Forgotten Melody as forthcoming titles.
