Scott A. Laliberte
Scott A. Laliberte is a K–12 education leader and author with more than three decades of experience in New Hampshire public schools, spanning roles as a high school English teacher, elementary school administrator, district curriculum coordinator, and systems leader. He has served in multiple leadership positions, including assistant principal at Gilford Elementary School, superintendent of schools in Londonderry, New Hampshire, and interim superintendent of the Governor Wentworth Regional School District. Laliberte holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in school administration from Plymouth State University.
Drawing on his background as a teacher, coach, and school administrator, Laliberte focuses on leadership development, educator well-being, and capacity-building in school systems. He is the author of The School Leader’s Game Plan: Strategies for Maximizing Your Capacity to Tackle Daily Challenges, published by Solution Tree, which applies a balanced, athletic-training-inspired approach to help school leaders strengthen their mental, physical, and emotional resilience in order to sustain effective leadership.
