Shawn Creswell

Shawn Creswell is an author, presenter, and educational consultant with more than 25 years of experience in education. She has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment, and she currently works with educators on the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work® process.

Creswell earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in educational administration from Sam Houston State University. Her published works include Teams Built for Success: A Trail Map to Create Trust and Connection for Authentic Collaboration (Building Connections for High-Performing Collaborative Teams), along with other titles listed by Solution Tree such as Anchor Your Vision and Celebrate to Motivate.
