Sheri Wall

Sheri Wall is a children’s book author based in central Texas, known for writing rhyming picture books that help young readers learn through rhythm and repetition. An empty-nester and mother of two grown sons, she began writing for children after years of reading rhyming stories aloud to her boys and other kids, and she publishes her work under her brand A Matter of Rhyme.

Wall is the author of I Am Thankful: A Thanksgiving Book for Kids, a rhyming picture book that follows three diverse families as they celebrate Thanksgiving and practice gratitude, generosity, and acts of kindness. Her broader body of work includes titles such as Ethan’s Word of Honor, Our Pledge, Our Promise: The Pledge of Allegiance Explained, the Silly Milly the Dane collection, and Maiden Mermaid, among other children’s books designed to introduce values and concepts in an engaging, accessible way.
