Sherry St. Clair

Sherry St. Clair is an instructional and leadership coach, founder and president of Reflective Learning LLC, an educational consulting agency based in Kentucky that works with schools around the world to provide specialized training and coaching for administrators and educators. She is the author of Coaching Redefined: A Guide to Leading Meaningful Instructional Growth and Intentional Instructional Moves: Strategic Steps to Accelerate Student Learning, and has also contributed to the volume Effective Instructional Strategies, Volume 2.

St. Clair coaches instructional leaders globally, focusing on helping administrators, coaches, and teachers create optimal learning environments and strengthen instructional practice. She serves as a senior consultant or senior fellow with the International Center for Leadership in Education and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and is frequently featured as a consultant, speaker, and podcast guest on topics such as instructional coaching, teacher support, and effective classroom strategies.
