Stacey Schultz

Stacey Schultz is an educator and leadership expert focused on innovation, equity, and talent development in K–12 schools. She serves as President of Educate LLC, where she leads a team dedicated to transforming education through inclusive classroom practices, strategic initiatives, and professional learning for teachers and paraprofessionals. With nearly two decades of experience in education, she has led programs that support diverse teachers’ needs and foster strong, equitable classroom communities.

Schultz is the co-author, with Patrice E. Fenton, of The Promise of Collective Leadership: Increasing Educator Retention and Enhancing Student Learning (A Framework to Reflect, Elevate, and Value Leadership), a practical guide for K–12 administrators and teacher leaders on shared and collective leadership. She also co-hosts the Educate U.S. podcast, where she discusses pressing topics in education, including leadership, burnout, equity, and innovative school practices.
