Staci Lamb

Staci Lamb is a high school English teacher and coauthor of Keeping the Wonder: An Educator’s Guide to Magical, Engaging, and Joyful Learning, a professional development book that helps K–12 teachers create engaging, curiosity-driven classroom experiences. She teaches at Elkton High School in Cecil County, Maryland, where she has served as Freshman Class Advisor and coordinates the school’s House System to promote student leadership, positive behavior, and a strong school culture.

Lamb was Cecil County Public Schools’ 2018 Teacher of the Year and a finalist for the 2018–2019 Maryland Teacher of the Year. She presents professional development on topics such as student engagement and classroom management and shares teaching ideas through her Instagram platform and website, The Engaging Station. Lamb holds a bachelor’s degree in English education from the University of Delaware and has pursued graduate study in school leadership at Wilmington University.
