Stephanie DeLussey

Stephanie DeLussey is a dual-certified veteran special education and elementary teacher, IEP coach, and author whose work focuses on making the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process more collaborative and effective for educators and families. She is the founder of The Intentional IEP, an online community and resource hub for special educators, and is also known online as the author behind Mrs. D’s Corner, where she creates adapted instructional resources and professional support for teachers of students with disabilities. DeLussey has taught in public and charter schools across multiple states and settings and has more than a decade of experience in education, including several years in traditional classroom roles.

DeLussey is the author of The Intentional IEP: A Team Approach to Better Outcomes for Students and Their Families, published in 2024, which provides a practical framework for building a team-based approach to IEP development and improving student outcomes. In addition to writing, she serves as a teacher mentor, presenter, curriculum writer, and host of The Intentional IEP Podcast, where she shares strategies for IEP writing, data collection, and special education practice with educators across the country.
