Stephen M.R. Covey is an American author, speaker, and leadership thought leader best known for his work on trust in organizations and leadership. He is the New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author of The Speed of Trust: The One Thing That Changes Everything and co-author of Smart Trust. He is also the author of Trust & Inspire: How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others, which focuses on shifting from “command and control” to a “trust and inspire” leadership style.
