Susan K. Borg

Susan K. Borg, EdD, is a clinical assistant professor at Sam Houston State University, where she supervises the superintendent certification program and teaches graduate-level principal preparation courses. She is also a senior associate at N2 Learning and has worked in Texas public education for more than 35 years in roles including teacher, assistant principal, principal, executive director, and associate superintendent.

Before entering higher education and consulting, Borg served as associate superintendent for instruction and student services in Klein ISD, overseeing academic programs for roughly 50,000 students and coordinating district instructional and data-accountability departments across 44 campuses. Her published work includes Minding the Future: Revitalizing Learning Cultures Through Teacher Leadership, coauthored with Angeline A. Anderson and Stephanie L. Edgar.
