Susan R. Sandall

Susan R. Sandall, Ph.D., is an early childhood special education scholar affiliated with the University of Washington in Seattle, where she has focused on effective teaching practices in inclusive early learning environments. She is the co-developer of the Building Blocks framework, a widely used model that helps early childhood educators provide individualized support and instruction for young children with disabilities, developmental delays, and diverse abilities in community-based classrooms.
