Susan Tan

Susan Tan is the author of the Cilla Lee-Jenkins chapter book series and the Pets Rule! series, including Invasion of the Pugs: A Branches Book (Pets Rule! #5). She studied at Williams College and earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on children’s literature; she also teaches at the University of Massachusetts Boston and lives in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Her other published works listed in public author and university profiles include Cilla Lee-Jenkins: Future Author Extraordinaire, Cilla Lee-Jenkins: This Book is a Classic, Cilla Lee-Jenkins: The Epic Story, and the picture book Piece By Piece: A Yin Tu Tang Story.
