Suzanne Dailey
Suzanne Dailey is an educator, professional developer, and author focused on supporting teacher well-being and effectiveness. She serves as a professional developer for the Central Bucks School District in Pennsylvania, working with more than 500 elementary teachers and 8,000 students across 15 schools, where she teaches model lessons, facilitates professional learning, and mentors both new and experienced teachers. With more than 20 years of classroom experience, she has taught 4th and 5th grade and worked as a reading specialist for kindergarten and 3rd grade, and is National Board Certified, a National Writing Project Fellow, and holds a master’s degree in reading.
Dailey is the author of the ASCD bestselling book Teach Happier This School Year: 40 Weeks of Inspiration and Reflection and co-author of You’ve Got This: Finding Happiness and Success in Your First Years of Teaching and Lead Happier This School Year: Four Seasons of Strategies to Support Teachers, Students, and You. She also hosts the weekly Teach Happier podcast, which has released multiple seasons and has been downloaded tens of thousands of times by listeners around the world.
