Tami Williams

Tami Williams, EdD, is an associate professor of educational leadership at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she serves in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. Her work focuses on professional learning communities (PLCs), personalized learning, and leadership practices that support effective instruction and student achievement.

Williams is a coauthor of When They Already Know It: How to Extend and Personalize Student Learning in a PLC at Work (Solution Tree, 2018), written with Mark Weichel and Blane McCann.
