Nat Nadha Vikitsreth, LCSW, is a decolonized and licensed clinical psychotherapist, social justice and somatics practitioner, and community organizer whose work focuses on helping parents and caregivers make everyday parenting a practice of social justice informed by child development science. She is the founder of Come Back to Care, a practice created to support caregivers of young children who want to build their families at the intersection of social justice and intergenerational family wellness, and she hosts the Come Back to Care podcast exploring how social justice, child development, and family systems intersect.
Vikitsreth is the author of Raising Change Agents: Practicing Social Justice in Everyday Parenting, a book that offers concrete ways for caregivers to treat daily routines as opportunities to model fairness, justice, and liberation for children. She is a nationally award-winning decolonized therapist, keynote facilitator, and trans rights activist, and her work has been featured in professional settings such as Bank Street’s Infancy Institute and in equity-focused publications, where she is described as a “dot connector” and “norm agitator” advancing belonging and liberation in families and communities.
