Terri Bianco

Terri Bianco is a curriculum designer, professional trainer, executive coach, facilitator, and published author. She joined Performance Learning Systems in 1991, where she designed and wrote graduate courses for educators, and later founded TBEnterprises, a consulting firm providing coaching, training, and leadership-development services. She has also taught and delivered training through California State University, Sacramento.

Bianco coauthored Instructional Coaching with the End in Mind with Stephen G. Barkley and contributed to Quality Teaching in a Culture of Coaching. Her work focuses on instructional coaching, professional development, communication, leadership, and management.
