Todd Nesloney

Todd Nesloney is an award‑winning educator, speaker, and author who currently serves as Director of Culture and Strategic Leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA), supporting thousands of school leaders across Texas. Previously a fifth‑grade teacher in Waller, Texas and principal/lead learner of Webb Elementary in a rural Texas community, he has been recognized by the White House as a Champion of Change and honored by organizations such as the National School Board Association, the Center for Digital Education, and the Bammy Awards for his innovative work with children and schools.

Nesloney is the author or co‑author of multiple influential education titles, including Kids Deserve It!: Pushing Boundaries and Challenging Conventional Thinking (with Adam Welcome), Building Authenticity: A Blueprint for the Leader Inside You, Stories from Webb: The Ideas, Passions, and Convictions of a Principal and His School Family, and Sparks in the Dark: Lessons, Ideas, and Strategies to Illuminate the Reading and Writing Lives in All of Us (with Travis Crowder). He has also written the children’s book Spruce & Lucy and contributed to other education projects, sharing practical strategies and inspiration for school leaders, teachers, and students.
