Vicky Dearing

Vicky Dearing is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and educator with more than 30 years of experience in public education, where she has served as an elementary teacher, central office administrator leading Gifted, Title I, and At-Risk programs, and a principal recognized at state and national levels for exemplary school results. After retiring from public education, she spent over eight years in business and higher education roles—including consultant, director, vice president, and senior vice president—supporting education initiatives and leadership development across the United States before cofounding Results Coaching, LLC, where she serves as a faculty member for the organization’s accredited coaching school.

Dearing is coauthor of Results Coaching: The New Essential for School Leaders (Corwin), RESULTS Coaching Next Steps: Leading for Growth and Change (Corwin), and Results Coaching: Transforming From Leader to Coach Leader (Solution Tree/Results Coaching), all focused on developing effective coach leaders in K–12 and other leadership contexts. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach and works as an executive coach with school leaders, business leaders, and clergy, emphasizing ongoing development and the intentional practice of coaching skills.
