Viviane Robinson
Viviane Robinson is a New Zealand educational leadership scholar and Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Auckland, where she also served as Academic Director of the Centre for Educational Leadership. Her research focuses on school improvement, educational leadership, organisational learning, and the impact of leadership on student outcomes; she earned a PhD in clinical psychology from Harvard University and has been recognized by organizations including the American Educational Research Association and the Royal Society of New Zealand.
She is the author of _Student-Centered Leadership_ (2011), a widely cited book on evidence-based school leadership, and has also published other works on educational leadership, including _Reduce Change to Increase Improvement_ and _Virtuous Educational Leadership_.
