Warren G. Phillips
Warren G. Phillips is a longtime science educator from Plymouth, Massachusetts, and a National Teachers Hall of Fame inductee. He co-authored Science Worksheets Don’t Grow Dendrites: 20 Instructional Strategies That Engage the Brain and has also contributed to the Prentice Hall Science Explorer series, Today I Made a Difference, and the NSTA monograph Exemplary Science in Grades 5–8.
Phillips taught seventh-grade science and service learning for 35 years in the Plymouth Public Schools. His background includes degrees in Earth Sciences, Teaching Physical Sciences, and Instructional Technology from Bridgewater State University, and he has also been recognized with honors including the DisneyHand Teaching Award’s Middle School Teacher of the Year and induction into the Massachusetts Science Educators Hall of Fame.
