Whitney La Rocca is an elementary literacy coach and consultant who has spent more than 20 years in education, working with young readers and writers across grade levels, schools, and districts. She has also delivered professional development and coaching to support teachers in literacy instruction.
She is the coauthor, with Jeff Anderson, of the Patterns of Power series, including Patterns of Power, Grades 1–5: Inviting Young Writers into the Conventions of Language, Patterns of Wonder, Grades PreK–1, and Patterns of Revision for grades 3–5.
