Will Guidara
Will Guidara is an American restaurateur and New York Times bestselling author of Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect. He is the former co-owner of Eleven Madison Park in New York City and the Make It Nice hospitality group, under whose leadership Eleven Madison Park received four stars from The New York Times, three Michelin stars, and was named No. 1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017. A native of Sleepy Hollow, New York, Guidara graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and has spent his career in fine dining, helping to shape acclaimed venues including Eleven Madison Park and the NoMad restaurants.
Beyond his work in restaurants, Guidara is the host of The Welcome Conference, an annual hospitality symposium, and has served as a co-producer on the Emmy Award–winning series The Bear. His book Unreasonable Hospitality distills the service and leadership principles he developed over more than two decades in hospitality, and he has also co‑authored several cookbooks connected to his restaurant projects.
