Chris Cline
Chris Cline is a coauthor of Lesson Imaging in Math and Science: Anticipating Student Ideas and Questions for Deeper STEM Learning, published by ASCD, alongside Michelle Stephan, David Pugalee, and Julie Cline. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, holding a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics education.
Cline is a National Board–Certified Teacher in Mathematics/Early Adolescence and has taught 7th and 8th grade mathematics for 21 years. In his classroom practice he has incorporated lesson imaging to plan inquiry-based math and science instruction, and he has provided professional development within his district and presented at conferences, supporting and coaching colleagues as a math facilitator.
