Dale Lewis

Dale Lewis is a coauthor of Unstuck: How Curiosity, Peer Coaching, and Teaming Can Change Your School, an ASCD book published in 2018 that outlines an inside-out approach to school improvement focused on curiosity, peer coaching, and collaborative teaming to drive instructional innovation and student learning. In this work, Lewis collaborates with Bryan Goodwin, Tonia Gibson, and Kris Rouleau to provide school leaders and educators with a practical, step-by-step framework for cultivating curiosity, building on instructional “bright spots,” and using collegial coaching to refine practice and lead change from within schools.
