Logan Rutten
Logan Rutten is an assistant professor in the Department of Teaching, Leadership, and Professional Practice in the College of Education & Human Development at the University of North Dakota, where he studies and teaches practitioner inquiry in school–university partnerships as a form of professional learning for educators across the career span. His work focuses on helping pre- and in-service teachers use systematic inquiry to reflect on and improve their practice.
He is a coauthor, with Nancy Fichtman Dana and Diane Yendol-Hoppey, of the fifth edition of The Reflective Educator’s Guide to Practitioner Inquiry, which guides educators through questioning their practice, collecting and analyzing data, taking action for change, and sharing their learning.
