Meagan Rhoades

Meagan Rhoades is a coauthor of _Leading PLCs at Work® Districtwide: From Boardroom to Classroom_, written with Robert Eaker, Mike Hagadone, and Janel Keating. She has served as the district assessment coordinator for the White River School District in Washington, a role she held for more than twenty years. In that capacity, she supported districtwide implementation of professional learning communities (PLCs), working on assessment practices and systems that align with continuous improvement and high levels of learning for all students.

Rhoades entered district work through support roles, beginning as a substitute paraeducator, then a building secretary, later working in the technology department, and eventually serving as assistant to district leader Janel Keating before moving into the assessment coordinator position. She has presented and co-presented at conferences, consulted with school districts, and contributed as a cowriter for Solution Tree blogs and AllThingsPLC, sharing practical guidance on PLC implementation and districtwide leadership.
