Mike Hagadone is an assistant superintendent of the White River School District in Washington State and a coauthor of Leading PLCs at Work® Districtwide: From Boardroom to Classroom (Solution Tree Press, 2021), written with Robert Eaker, Janel Keating, and Meagan Rhoades. He has more than 36 years of experience in education and has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and director of secondary education.
During his tenure as principal of White River High School, the school received recognition as a Washington Achievement Award Winner and a School of Distinction, and was later designated a Model PLC by Solution Tree. Hagadone was named Washington High School Principal of the Year in 2011 and has served as president of the Washington Association of Secondary School Principals.
