Natalie Wexler is an education journalist whose work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and other publications. She is a senior contributor to Forbes.com and has written extensively about literacy, equity, and the causes of reading and achievement gaps.

She is the author of _Beyond the Science of Reading: Connecting Literacy Instruction to the Science of Learning_ and _The Knowledge Gap: The Hidden Cause of America’s Broken Education System—And How to Fix It_.
