Paula Rogers

Paula Rogers is an education author and practitioner who writes about response to intervention (RTI) and Tier 3 intensive supports for struggling students in K–12 schools. She is a coauthor of Best Practices at Tier 3 [Elementary]: Intensive Interventions for Remediation, Elementary and Best Practices at Tier 3, Secondary: Intensive Interventions for Remediation, both published by Solution Tree Press alongside W. Richard Smith, Austin Buffum, and Mike Mattos. These resources are designed for elementary and secondary educators and focus on implementing Tier 3 RTI at Work processes, including intensive academic and behavioral interventions, progress monitoring, and practical strategies to close learning gaps for students who do not respond to core instruction.
