Stefani Arzonetti Hite
Stefani Arzonetti Hite is an education consultant and author specializing in collective efficacy, professional learning, and systemic school improvement. She is the coauthor of Leading Collective Efficacy: Powerful Stories of Achievement and Equity and Intentional and Targeted Teaching: A Framework for Teacher Growth and Leadership, and has also coauthored work on addressing inequity through collective efficacy. A graduate of the American School in London, she holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Tufts University and both a master’s degree and Doctor of Education in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hite has founded education-focused organizations including Tigris Solutions and serves as the founder of the Tigris Foundation, and she works internationally with schools, districts, and education agencies to design and support large-scale change initiatives. Her prior roles include deputy head (principal) of a preK–13 international school in the United Kingdom, curriculum director for a countywide support institution, curriculum supervisor in Pennsylvania school districts, and classroom teacher at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
