Thomas W. Many, EdD, is an educational consultant who works with teachers, administrators, school boards, parents, and other education stakeholders on organizational leadership, implementation and change, and Professional Learning Communities at Work™ (PLC at Work) strategies and concepts. His career in K–12 education spans multiple roles, including classroom teacher, learning center director, curriculum supervisor, principal, assistant superintendent, and more than twenty years as a school district superintendent, notably in Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 in Illinois.
